Premier: Everything in basic plus a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), personalized success plan, scheduled 1:1 tailored trainings annually within the first three months of each term and a final CSM check in upon the completion of onboarding.
Elite: All the above plus, a dedicated CSM providing unlimited onboardings throughout contracted term and quarterly check ins.
